How do you set a flat price?
We price from what you’re moving, the distance, and the access at both ends: stairs, elevators, parking. Before we set it, we look at your things on a short video walkthrough. Then you get one price, in writing, the same day.
Is the flat price binding?
Yes. It’s a written price for everything listed on it, and it’s the price you pay. If you add items or services, we write the change down and you agree to it before we do the work.
What if the move takes longer than planned?
Your price stays the same. Only a change you ask for, like more items or a second stop, changes it, and we agree to that in writing first.
Do you move long distance?

Do you handle government moves?
Yes. Sky 7 is a registered federal contractor, in SAM.gov as Be Nova Enterprises LLC, UEI KZ4MVMP8H2U8. We move federal, state and municipal offices, records and equipment, and relocate government employees, for one flat price in writing.
Can you just load or unload my rental truck or container?
Yes. Our crew loads your rental truck or container tight, or unloads it at the other end. You drive; we do the heavy work. It gets a flat price too, in writing.
Does it cost anything to get a price?
No. Getting a price is free and there’s no obligation. How and when you pay is written on your flat price, before you book.
