What we collect on sky7moving.com, why, and what we do with it. Sky 7 Moving & Relocation is a trade name of Be Nova Enterprises LLC, Indian Trail, NC 28079.
What we collect
When you ask for a flat price, the form on our homepage collects:
- the ZIP codes you are moving from and to;
- your home size or type of job, and your moving date (or “Not sure yet”);
- your name and mobile phone number, and your email address if you give it;
- whether you ticked the box to get text messages about your move.
With your request we also record a reference code, the address of the page, the page that sent you to us, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the date and time you sent it.
How your request reaches us
Your request comes to us at [email protected]. If our website cannot deliver it directly, your email app opens with everything filled in, and nothing is sent until you press Send. You can also text it to us or call us instead.
What stays on your device
While you fill in the form, your browser keeps an unsent draft on your own device, so a reload does not lose your answers. The draft is not sent to us until you send the form, and your text-message choice is never saved in it. It is deleted once your request is sent through our website, and you can delete it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Services our pages connect to
- Fonts. Your browser loads our fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Like any website you visit, Google receives your IP address and basic browser details. See Google’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
- Town names. When a 5-digit ZIP code is in the form (typed, or restored from your saved draft), your browser sends that ZIP code to Zippopotam.us (api.zippopotam.us) to show the town name under the field.
- Links. Our links to Google, the BBB, Instagram and the FMCSA open their own sites, which have their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
We use it to prepare your written flat price, to contact you about your quote and your move, to schedule and carry out the move, and to keep a record of your request and of your consent to text messages.
Text messages
We text you about your quote and your move (price, scheduling and arrival updates) only if you ticked the box on the form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Read our SMS Terms.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information we share.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information or share it for anyone’s marketing. The companies that carry our email, phone calls and text messages handle it only to deliver them for us, and we disclose it only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and consent records for as long as we need them for your quote, your move, and our business and legal records.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, call (980) 348-1827 or email [email protected]. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
